By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Delivery Information, and Privacy Policy & Cookie Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

PAYMENT AND PRICING
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal accepted. We will also accept payment by PAYM, Barclay's Pingit and Direct Bank Transfer (United Kingdom ONLY)

We take your security very seriously and use a secure server with SSL encryption for checkout and accounts. We do not store any of your payment details (credit card details or PayPal details) on this server, but we do store your name and billing address on our secure server.

We do not charge your card until your item(s) are ready for shipping.

All sales are made in £, prices converted to $ / € are approximate. If you purchase in $ / € you may be charged a slightly different amount from the site's approximation, due to varying exchange rates used by different payment methods.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene reasons we will only accept returns on SEALED items.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt if your items have arrived damaged. Please do not dispose of any packaging as we may need this for a claim against the carrier. We will not exchange or refund any unsealed/used items.

INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt if you have received the wrong items. We will not exchange or refund any unsealed/used items.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
You may cancel and return your order within 14 working days of receipt. We will not be able to exchange or refund made-to-order/custom orders (unless defective) or unsealed/used items. We will not refund the cost of your return postage.

If you need to return something, please obtain and keep your proof of postage

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on B-Grade items.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER/CUSTOM ORDERS
Once your made-to-order/custom order has been paid for, you have the opportunity to cancel it before it reaches the 'In Production' stage of it's life. We will inform you by email when your order reaches this stage. You can still cancel the order after it is 'In Production', but there will be a 25% penalty incurred for this (excluding shipping charges, we will refund these fully). We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items unless they are wrong / damaged.
