I've ordered some made-to-order items and now I want to cancel.•
We're sorry you want to cancel your order. We can fully refund you, provided we haven't started your order yet -- we'll send you an email confirming your purchase once we start making your order.
If you cancel AFTER we start making your order and have sent you a confirmation email, we can give you a refund minus 25% to cover our costs.
How long does it take you to make stuff?
It takes us 7-21 days to make your items, though we may do them a bit quicker than that.
What do you make them from?

Never fear, we may be able to make you something in your size. Please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.
I've received my custom order but I don't like it :(
Oh no :( We'll happily redo your custom order for you free of charge, but you will need to pay to return your items to us, and you'll also need to pay the return postage to get them back -- please see our delivery details for shipping costs.
I'm in the UK. Do you take any other form of payment other than Paypal.
Yes. We also take direct bank transfer payments, PAYM and Barclay's Pingit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is £2.50 to the UK, £4.50 Rest of the World. You only pay once for shipping, regardless of how many items you buy (unless you buy, like, tons). International Priority shipping costs £10 but is only available to selected countries.
What delivery method to you use?
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and Recorded to post to the UK, everywhere else gets sent by Royal Mail Airmail or Airsure.
I've been stung for tax by Customs. Will you pay for it?
No, we're afraid not. You are responsible for all duties and custom charges incurred.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene reasons we will only accept returns on SEALED items.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt if your items have arrived damaged. Please do not dispose of any packaging as we may need this for a claim against the carrier. We will not exchange or refund any unsealed/used items.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
You may cancel and return your order within 14 working days of receipt. We will not be able to exchange or refund made-to-order/custom orders (unless defective) or unsealed/used items. We will not refund the cost of your return postage.

If you fancy topping up your reward point balance you could always submit a link of you wearing your new plugs. All photos are stored on our Picasa as we are unable to provide you with an image upload function at this time. Photos are subject to moderation and may need cropping if you don't provide us with a nice, square photo.

What are these Reward Points?
They're our way of saying thank you for making purchases from us and submitting photos of your purchases. We like to know how our plugs are coming along :3 Reward points can be used as a form of currency towards other purchases, and they do add up after a while.
